Open Gallery is proud to announce its involvement at launch of the Autumn/Winter menswear collection of up and coming fashion designer Alan Taylor.
Born in Dublin in 1987, Taylor graduated with a BA in Fashion from the National College of Art in Dublin in 2010 before heading to London where he currently lives and works. Taylor has worked with designers as eclectic as David David, Agi & Sam and Alexander McQueen. His latest Autumn/Winter menswear collection, ‘Special Relativity’, draws together a sophisticated diversity of influences, combining precision tailoring with un-structured asymmetric silhouettes, and streamlined lapels with textured materials and geometric patterns.
Open Gallery is lending AV equipment to the fashion event, which is will take place at Apartment 58 on New Oxford Street. The event is curated by Ryan Lanji with i-D Magazine providing the live DJ set.
